First impressions

I actually booked the rooms for family coming in. The night they checked in they went to the bar to grab something to eat. Even though the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes. The kitchen reopened and they were allowed to order what they wanted and enjoyed the food. They told me the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and my niece was really impressed by the pillows. The rates were better than I expected. I chose this Hotel because of the location. I didn’t want them staying along the busy highways, and this one made it simple for them to get around as they visited different family members.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Attendant was wearing a graphic tee which was unusual and kind of gave me the feeling that I was at a motel 8 vs Hilton brand hotel. Room was clean and cold when I arrived. Coffee had not been restocked and there was trash aside the coffee maker. Little things but I've always stayed at Hilton hotels and expected the same consistent amazingly clean and spotless rooms and professional looking staff.
