"Great hotel and reasonably placed. Great to have facilities to make your own food with a shop downstairs. Bar area was lovely and gym is ok for a hotel - a little small. Rooms were really comfortable"

"The communal areas are wonderful and the gym is great. My bedroom was minuscule and with a courtyard view which was surprising for a 300+£ stay. The bed was hard as a rock and although they helpfully gave me a topper it did not resolve the issue. I now have neck pain! The bedroom was very loud - could hear the person upstairs walking and the shower noise so I was kept awake late and woke up very early. I expect a different room might have been better ? I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you value a good night sleep."

"Stayed on a Sunday evening, booked a suite with breakfast. The room was more a large room than a traditional suite. The hotel and room was clean but felt like tired. Attempted to go to the bar which is in the basement, it was unattended so ended up leaving and going to a bar down the road. Overall stay was okay, no issues but would not come back."

"Solid and good hyatt in an interesting new university town development. A small but good selection of shops, bars, and pizza in the square nearby, along with the hotels own bar/restaurant. Great shuttle bus to town and close to the park and ride, makes it a great place to stay and relax. Presented good value for money on accomdation, didn't eat there. Handy fridge in room helped too. "
