"Our stay at UNA Galles Milano was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The young gentleman who assisted us during check-in was very kind, attentive and friendly, he took time to explain everything clearly and even helped us by reserving at a near restaurant. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. And the hotel itself was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained.
The location was excellent; close to restaurants, shops, and has a bus and train stop just 2 minutes form the hotel. I would recommend this hotel a thousand times over and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Milan."
