"aside the few staffs on ground (Agnes, the Chef, Desire and Becky) the whole thing was a big anarchy and by far the worst ever experience i have. 1. The Public Officer-Kevin is so unprofessional and does not understand what feed backs and communication involves to guests. The pick up driver came with no Identification or a placard for me, after about 10 mins back and forth with the hotel; i agreed to go with the said company driver... only for the driver to inform me of another 3rd party not...

"Very bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor."
