โWe stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with several excellent restaurants nearby. We booked a harbor-view room on the 8th floor, which offered a stunning view.
We really appreciated the residence-style layout of the roomโit provided plenty of space for us and our 4-year-old son. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I especially liked the combination of warm and cold pools available at the...
โThis newly renovated hotel is a beautiful gem in a residential neighbourhood near Lake Ontario. The renovation is gorgeous, a spectacular reimagining of a Victorian space. The room was small but very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Bed linens and mattress of very high quality. It's a great option if you are visiitng your kid at Queen's or in town to enjoy the downtownโthe location is about halfway between the main part of the campus and the downtown strip. We loved it and will be back...
โThe room was clean, the location convenient, and everything went smoothly. A special shoutout to Pam at the front deskโshe was fantastic! Friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Pam made the stay memorable. Highly recommend!โ
โThe accommodation was a little far from Kingston Downtown,
It was great in every way.
Breakfast was really delicious.
The accommodation was clean and tidy.
It was good to park in front of and behind the hotel.
It was easy to find a hotel.
The hotel staff were friendly.
However, if there's anything to be desired, it would be nice if the hotel had slippers.
There's a little noise between floors. The sound of walking upstairs is pounding.โ
โWhat a lovely place! We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The pool, lovely lawn furniture & the open space was so niceโฆ.after a long day of driving!โ
โThe hotel had a pool, which seemed to attract many large family groups. The noise from families playing in the hallways was extremely irritating. The bathroom in the room only had a shower booth, but the floors and walls felt rough with what appeared to be other people's dead skin. It made me question whether the place was cleaned at allโtruly the worst. The toilet handle seemed broken and barely functional, which was very disappointing.

Inside the room, electrical wires were untidily hanging from the wall, creating a messy and unsafe appearance. The coffee machine was dirty, and the supposedly new disposable cups had coffee stains on them, which was shocking. It seemed clear that the cleaning standards were extremely poor. On top of that, the room was poorly soundproofed, and I could hear conversations from both the hallway and the neighboring rooms, leaving me unable to escape the noise.
