โwe had an episode in the king bedroom suite at around 3am where the breaker box panel went out.
they couldnโt find the key to open the breaker box. so the night manager ably assigned us a new room, and then the day manager gave us a $40 discount off the room as well as 5k wyndham points.
it was a minor inconvenience that was handled quickly and professionally by the management. โ
โThe King suite was nice and spacious and appreciated the large walk-in shower. Breakfast options were pretty good although would have appreciated more non-dairy choices for my son with allergies.โ
โI like the consistency of Hilton hotels as I know what to expect and staff is always friendly. I also like the walk-in showers with a low step and the roominess of it.โ
โComplimentary breakfast was wonderful, the room and hotel were nice and well kept- the only complaint would be the parking, as there seems to be limited spaces available โ
โI made a reservation 8 nights. Between staying, I realized clogged bathtub drain. The hotel changed the room. It was nice. This is a hotel for one day stay.
After check-out, the hotel fee was charged twice. 8 days have passed since check-out, but the problem has not been resolved.
Please cancel the double-charged fee.โ
