"I had three nights booked and paid for. I stayed 2 nights, starting Sunday, May 17, 2026. Unable to stay the third night. Electricity went out the 2nd of 4 days on 3 p.m. Monday, May 18, 2026. No hot water. No internet. Air conditioning not working when temp inside room rose above 80 degrees. General manager Andre Hawkins not available. I stayed the second of three nights in this condition. By the following morning (Tuesday), I left and went back home, thereby missing out on the third night since I couldn't bear it any longer. Can I get refunded?"
