"I have seen many reviews of this hotel and I am not disputing what others have experienced there, but as for me and my husband we will not stay there again. The first room they gave us was terrible. The furniture was horrible. The night stands looked as if there was sticky substance on it and someone poured dirt on it and it stuck there and no one cleaned it. They were definitely worn. The fridge was dirty on the outside and all scuffed up. The bed is a totally different story. It was filthy, when we complained the clerk was very accommodating but this should not be. When he came to look at the bed he said “oh it’s just the mattress cover”. I was shocked that that was ok with him. Anyway he changed our room. They were very nice but I think this is now being used as a shelter for the homeless or someone waiting for housing. I also saw this and heard conversations. I was very shocked cause we stayed there last year June and the room was really nice. They should try to do better."
