“The room was clean. There was ample parking for my boat trailer. Numerous places for food nearby. Great location for fishing.”

“My family and I traveled from NY to PA for a worship concert. Our short stay with this Super 8 Hotel in Burnham was excellent. We arrived about an hour before check-in and Kathryn (I think that is her name) was friendly and accommodating. She said there may be two rooms ready, and went to check. “Don't plan on getting breakfast at 9:30am. We were told breakfast was until 10am. Went down at 9:30am. Everything was empty and they had no intention of stocking. Toilet paper holder was in the most awkward spot. Literally needed to lean sideways to reach it. Bathroom sink backed up with water. Hotel was definitely outdated. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly however wasn't impressed that her trainee was sucking on a lollipop while checking us in. Housekeeping was friendly.”

“We had a delightful stay at the Reynolds mansion. It is a gorgeous historic home with beautiful woodwork and elegant touches throughout. We stayed in the colonel's green room, an excellent choice. The staff was outstanding- friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and available. The food was delicious, with homemade snacks and happy hour treats as well as a hearty breakfast. It was a reasonable drive to our State College event as well- why stay in a boring expensive hotel?”

“House was beautifully maintained 1700’s house with modern amenities. Bathroom was recently renovated and modern. Bed was firm yet comfortable - I was told it was a brand new mattress and I was the first to sleep on it. Breakfast was delicious! Hosts super nice and were accommodating to guests schedules as to when to serve breakfast. Ask for the Blueberry Bramble - it was delicious, I need to recipe.”
