"The staff was very nice good people, but the room was head bugged in the bathroom. Don’t know where it came from but they did send someone up to get rid of the bugs all over the bathroom the floor in the sink that’s where the dead bugs with that whole bunch a bunch everything else was clean and good"

"This time we didn’t avail the breakfast since we have to leave early to catch our flight back home, nevertheless, I found this hotel so accessible to the airport, the staff is very attentive our stay is always comfortable, waking up with the city view is a bonus! "

"This waterfront property is underated. The rooms may be a bit dated but every other aspect is and should 5 Stars! From the moment you enter from the main road you will see manicured grounds and roads lined with beautiful flowers and trees. At night it is all lit up. You can enjoy avery romantic stroll anytime and feel the cooling ocean breeze. The reception area is well organized with staff and service. You will like a celebrity arriving to a premier opening. Luggage is gathered and ready to be delivered to your room. Treat yourself to the Junior Suite. Trust me - It is worth the very few extra pesos. If you are considering a venue for a wedding you must give this place a chance. The sales team knows how to put the right package together for your desires. We just had our dream garden wedding ceremony here and the Kalaw Event room was transformed into a scene from a movie. The food and staff had everything organized, prepared and served without any delays. The food was also of 5 Star quality and portions were more than enough. This is the only Insular property we have stayed at numerous times. If visiting another city, I would not hesitate staying at another Insular property because I am sure the same level of care and service would be maintained throughout the all locations. Lastly, the two restaurants provide an excellent selection at very reasonable prices. The morning buffet could be open a little longer but it is worth getting up for. I will be back again!!"

"The hotel was outdated,our room specially is old and the bathroom is old ,facilities old,the flush is weak in the toilet.Location is ok ,it's in the city,but in the 6th floor seems haunted where we were assigned.its like nobody was there except us.Staff are okay breakfast is ok."

"I booked a hotel room here for the first time. Paid about over 5 thousand pesos per night. Hotel was fine it looks outdated cause the front of the hotel doesnt look like it had been painted or pressure washed atleast, inside the carpet in isle where you go to your room and elevator looks kind of dusty and dark colored, like i don't think it's been deeply cleaned. but we'll maintained i think. One thing I was surprised with was our towels. My goodness, it was like dirty white color or dirtier white. I've never seen a towel colored like that. The free breakfast was fine. There were a lot to choose from but I think I'd like to see more green vegetables for breakfast than oily cooked food. But it was good enough. It was an ok stay."
