The staff is so very nice. Apparently they never got information on the booking from Expedia, but accomodated us at their expense in the last available room for one night, then moved us to the room type we had requested the remaining dates. Their breakfasts are so good. The hot tub and heated pool are cleaned throughout the day. They welcome families with children. This is a family run establishment we stayed two years prior. Whenever we are in Mindo, it is our place of choice. You do need to have Google Translate or a bit of spanish to communicate.

The description of the room wasn’t accurate, but the staff manage to solve the problem properly.
The only downfall of the place was the hot pool, which wasn't "hot" enough.

Hotel in town and close to one chocolate factory.
My husband and I took three interns with us for a time of relaxation and training. The students liked the feel of the place and especially liked staying in the cabins which have a hammock hanging on the narrow porch.
