“The room was clean & the location great! Also appreciated the coffee pods & helpful, cheerful cleaner that came through in the mornings. Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router. We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door...

“It is close to the train station, which was the main reason we chose this place and was very convenient. Communication with the host was somewhat sketchy. I sent the message thru hotels.com, which was not responded. The host sent a message in Italian thru WhatsApp for check-in on the day we were arriving. I did not see the message until I arrived in front of the building since I do not regularly check the WhatsApp, so y called her. The host said someone was coming in two minutes, but he came...

“This is such a lovely spot. The location is convenient to food and attractions and the manager is incredibly nice and helpful. Comfortable bed, hot shower, nice garden though it stormed when I was there so I didn’t really use it. Would definitely visit Ferrara and stay at this locanda again.”

“Pulizia top, accoglienza top, semplicità di accesso. ”

“Our stay here was awesome. Great location only 10 minutes walking to the castle and the train station. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the room was exactly as described and very clean. It was an amazing stay!!”
