The rooms were nicely updated. The bathroom floor and elevator floor were a little sticky, everything else was fine. The breakfast was pretty good, I wish they could of had some fruit, but had plenty of other food items. I would stay there again. Reasonably priced for the value. Nice neighborhood.

This hotel was great. Good breakfast, constantly stocked and fresh by staff. Lots of seating in the dining area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was warm. All amenities were great. Hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable. Will definitely stay here again. Ample parking. Smooth check in process.

My stay was good! Comfortable beds and great options for breakfast. My only complaint would be that the microwave wasn't plugged in and we had to figure out how to get it to work as it wasn't long enough to reach the outlet under the desk. It was hard to figure out the shower as well as it seemed older and it was hard to pull up the switch to the showerhead. The building seems old but the staff was excellent and made up for that so it wasn't too much of a bother as ultimately it did end up working.

I’m arrived at 1202am and there was no one at the desk and a sign saying they had stepped away. I called the front desk but it rang and rang. 10 minutes later the employee walked in from the outside with a pizza box. The bed was comfortable. The towel bar was falling out of the wall. The doors outside are not locked.

So this hotel was actually a La Quinta hotel but I guess it was bought and made into Bloom Hotel…they were still fixing things I believe and the hotel was okay…but I honestly wouldn’t return, the breakfast staff was really accommodating, if we needed something more they were glad to help us. Also this place is pet friendly and I liked that but some big dogs are scary. The rooms were okay, it felt a little outdated but I did like we weren’t in a area that was super crowded with traffic and we were close to the Mall of America like 15 minutes away because of a bit of raod construction traffic. The hotel was OKAY not so bad just to sleep not to lounge lol.
