Staff was nice at ck in & out, but given wrong receipt at ck out. Room was very spacious. Dishwasher had 2 bowls & silverware left previous & had black spots on them. Informed desk of needed disposal of all pieces. Bathroom needs attention: ceiling peeling over shower & new calking between sink & wall. Bed very comfortable. I still give it " Good' rating, I would stay again. !!

Our stay at GrandStay was overall quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly, the shower had great pressure, and the TV had plenty of viewing options. However, the breakfast selection was pretty limited, and the pool could use a bit more attention with cleaning. It was also disappointing that both the washers and vending machines were out of service during our visit. Still, we appreciated the peaceful environment and the staff’s hospitality.

The stay is always very nice and all our needs were met. The shower head needed to be replaced, we didnt make a complaint so they probably wont know. The breakfast is really nice. It has a very large variety of foods, love the chocolate milk and the coffee has caffine in it.

The front desk gentleman was amazing very helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean. The pool however was very small and the heavy chlorine ruined my swimsuit. It went from purple to pink and we all had strained eyes and coughs afterwards.

This is my go to hotel for south of the river. The staff is always helpful, the rooms always clean and I like the full size frig and kitchen to hold my city groceries before the long drive home.

The Etwaroo family enjoyed their stay at GrandStay Hotel And Conference. We enjoyed all the walking distance restaurants around 153rd Apple Valley . I would highly recommend this hotel .

Room is large, beds were comfortable, but the couch was so big I needed to get two bed pillows to sit decent. So ditch the huge couch, get a couch that is comfortable and put a coffee table in the huge room. Otherwise room is good. One more thing, we did not use dishes but noticed there was dishes, silverware in dishwasher that didn’t look clean.
