The room was very clean and quiet, the staff was very nice and accommodating, the property itself seemed very well maintained, and it was a very pleasant surprise for a last minute pick. Definitely highly recommended.

The rooms were pretty nice and clean, the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately the staff was mostly elsewhere, the breakfast was really sad and the parking lot had a lot of trash on one side. Staff shortage must definitely be an issue..

Rooms were nice, it was just a one night stay. The pool is very small, and there’s unfortunately no hot tub. But again we were only there to rest.

It is clear that the new management bought this property to just collect a paycheck for themselves. The continental breakfast was a few muffins and little packages of cereal. No eggs, no sausage, no hot food whatsoever. They do not answer the phone when you call, it just rings on repeat and then automatically hangs up without a voicemail set up.

I got this hotel for the value with a pool but the pool was not open. On Friday the person behind the desk who didn't speak English clearly implied it would be open on Saturday but it was not there for my weekend with my grandkids to swim didn't happen or I mean they didn't get to swim I would have changed hotels had I not believed the guy. Nothing online anywhere implies that there isn't a pool available

No one seemed to staff the breakfast at all. No hot items, machines not turned on. The hard boiled eggs were terrifying—all brown and dried out. There was hardly anything available to eat. Also the tv in my room was not connected and had no service of any kind.

I reserved an accessible room. When I checked in I was told the room I reserved was not available. There were 6 cars in the parking lot. I was given a hearing accessible room which defeated the purpose of having a mobility room. No grab bars anywhere in the room. I may not look disabled but there is a readon I reserve one.
