Staff were lovely, rooms were updated more so updates then others in the city that have been updated. Breakfast lovely and lots of options, Everything in room and hotel seemed to work no issues there. Didn’t use there pool or hot tub area so can’t comment on that.

Clean, spacious room but beds were very uncomfortable or sacked out. Hot tub was closed so that was very disappointing and pool was so cold we couldn't even swim in it. Breakfast was ok. Close to shopping and food options

Our room had a terrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom. We had to keep the door shut at all times or it was overwhelming. The bathroom walls were filthy with brown splashes around the toilet. The bed was clean and the sheets smelt fresh which is what mattered most but expected better.

The pool depth is excellent for younger children, although not for adults wanting to swim laps We had two younger grandchildren with us so they spent a lot of time in the pool and I didn’t have to constantly warn and watch about getting in deep water Breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast Hot coffee and ice water available all day Price is fair Would stay here again if in Minot

The room was very clean and cozy. I enjoyed the view from the window. The only problem was that we were somehow charged twice for our stay. However, when I realized the mistake, I contacted the property and they quickly refunded the extra charge.

Excellent stay, hotel is refreshed as others have noted. The room was immaculately clean and beds comfortable with new furniture and new carpet in the rooms. Not a 100% remodel but definitely one of the better Minot properties. Staff struggled with lack of training to get me checked in but upgraded my room without me asking, to accommodate for the inconvenience. This is a solid property and will become my regular for monthly business travel.
