It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there

My wife and I took a trip to Toronto for our anniversary. We truly enjoyed our time at this hotel. We participated in happy hour nightly. The bar staff were awesome. The staff were also positive and attentive to our needs. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our room on the second floor was very noisy due to activity at the swimming pool until 11pm, which was directly under our room, and from the occupants of the room above us. Overall the room was fine. The room was clean, the bed was a bit noisy but fairly comfortable. While the towels might be clean, they don't look clean. They are old. There is a central hallway and people need to be reminded to be quiet after hours, voices carry into the rooms.
