Absolutely awful stay. Front desk staff should be firedโrude, miserable, and clearly hate their jobs. We waited over an hour past the 4pm check-in for dirty rooms, and this happened to others too.
Bathroom was tiny (3x3 ft) with no ventilation, shower drained horriblyโwe stood in pooled water daily. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner werenโt filled all the way. We got 6 towels and 2 trash bags for 4 adults staying 5 nights; no replacements, no room service, no help. Bring your own water, thereโs no fountains and ice costs quarters. Thereโs a singular washer and dryer unit for over 300 rooms, and they tell you to wash towels yourselves, which also requires quarters.
Codes for the gates they gave us for beach/ bar/ building access worked maybe 1 out of 12 times. Wi-Fi constantly cut out. Our room faced the tennis courts in the very back of the building, nowhere near what was advertised. Staff stayed glued to their phones and acted annoyed if you asked anything.
When we questioned the lack of basic amenities, we were told, โSo this is a resort, not a hotel. Thatโs why we donโt provide all of the hotel services.โ I personally donโt think they truly understand the difference between a vacation resort and a hotel, but I digress.
Book elsewhere. And overhaul the entire staff if you expect returning customers or decent reviews.
