"The room I was in was terrible. The bed was very uncomfortable and super squeaky. The room had recently been “renovated” but was terribly done - paint all over the floors, holes in the walls, bathroom had no blow dryer. The room didn’t have a garbage can. The room was only 10 degrees when I checked in - the ac was on full blast. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Key didn’t work and had to return to lobby 2X. The whole experience was unpleasant. The airport shuttle was a whole other story……"

"The room was very clean, and the hotel overall appears to be well maintained. However, in the morning I noticed several plates, garbage bags, and even a garbage bin left on the hallway floor right by the elevator, which took away from the otherwise tidy impression. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options including oatmeal, fruit, eggs, and sausages. During my previous stay, I was given a room where the heat vent blew directly onto the bed, making it impossible to sleep with the heat on. I had to keep it off all night. This time, the vent was facing the TV instead, which was a noticeable improvement. It’s a nice property in a quiet neighborhood, but one important thing to remember is that their shuttle bus does not run on a fixed schedule. You must contact them in advance to request it. I learned this the hard way after waiting an hour at the airport shuttle pickup point."

"I found entire hotel wasn't clean including my room, elevator, pool deck, dinning, hallway every where. Most surprisingly, in three days stay, I have never seen any staffs cleaning any rooms during the day time. This is my first time experience not to see it. When I booked the hotel, I found that hotel policy is to clean the guest room everyday. They didn't even clean a single day in my three days stay only one day they just changed the towels with two times request. At breakfast, I saw ants are crawling on the food stands and the floor. In dinning floor wasn't swept according to standard. At the pool area, I felt they have never cleaned at all. Used towels bucket full of used towels never emptied. All three days I went to pool with my son and every time I have to ask to give us towel and after used those towel left in the bucket but never cleaned those towels. "
