"Pool closed, game room closed, front parking lot closed! "

"This hotel took me by surprise with how fancy it was! The museum was so cool, the room was very upscale, and the restaurant and cafe were so good! Friendly staff and overall a great experience. My only gripe is that they didn’t have stairs easily accessible as an alternative to the elevators. One elevator was out of service and it was very busy which resulted in some long wait times any time you were traveling between floors. "

"Parking is wonderful, lot is secure and you have to have your room key to gain access. Kickback was great and saved our family so much money! The staff was wonderful, always kind, remembered who we were. Right next to the airport but we didnt hear planes at all. It was nice and quiet. Rooms were spacious and clean"

"There was a power outage during my stay, and only one elevator was operational. Unfortunately, the elevator had an unpleasant odor. The first unit I was assigned also had a strong smell, as if the restroom had just been used and not properly cleaned. I would recommend a more thorough cleaning of the property, along with routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met."
