โSo relaxing and beautiful surroundings! Our hosts were amazing and the cookies at check in were so delicious!! The town of Elsah is literally you taking a step back in time! Over 50% of the town is the original buildings from the mid 18 hundreds! The Bald Eagles were very active when we were there! Our hosts gave us a private tour of the townโs museum it was amazing! You canโt go wrong staying there and visiting โ
โWe stayed here with our family and kids and had a really good time. There was plenty of parking, which made things easier. The staff were kind and welcoming, and one of the employees was especially helpful โ they went out of their way to assist us. They helped with our luggage. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which worked well for the kids too. The whole place felt peaceful and well looked after. Check-in was quick and smooth. Weโd definitely come back againโ
โThis property was more than I expected for the price I paid. The room was very clean and showers were hot the way I like them. The air conditioner worked well enough to keep the room cool. The main hallways can use come carpet care and air freshener but for the price its a minor detail. I would recommend this place to people passing through and just need some where to sleep for the night. โ
