"Hotel was conveniently situated close to the train station. Room was clean and spacious by Japanese standards. We got a room with a birds-eye view of Mt Fuji and were lucky to get a clear view in the middle of the summer. Breakfast was excellent, too."

"First off I will say the location of this hotel is the WORST! it is far away from everything and yes you may see Mount Fuji but they have no shuttle to the outlets or anything. Me and my husband had to rent a car. It’s a very nice hotel but staff were RUDE, even the kitchen crew were being very rude!! Only nice things I can say is the complementary breakfast was good. I will never stay here again."

The hotel was also very English-friendly, which made the check-in process and overall experience much easier. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and the location worked well for us while visiting Shimizu. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in the area."
