"Tänk på att innan ni bokar. så ligger hotellet mitt i ingenstans hyr man inte en moped så sitter man fast där. när receptionen är stängd kan inte”portvakten” hjälpa till med att beställa en taxi. Och det är väldigt långt till närmaste restaurang, halva vattenparken var avstängd 2 av 3 dagar vi bodde där, barnbarnen blev inte jättenöjda.. personalen var väldigt trevliga men dom kämpar i motvind."

"The rooms were quite rundown, so much so that we asked to be moved, there were numerous problems. Our second room was reasonable. The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider rude and sulky, not even a smile.
