2박 최악의 경험을 했습니다.
1, 에어컨에 문제가 있었습니다. 2, 샤워부스 물이 안내려갑니다. 3, 큰일보면 변기가 막혀서, 용변은 다른곳에서 해결해야 했습니다. 4, 개미랑 모기랑은 어쩔 수 없다고해도 엄지손톱밀한 바퀴벌래가 많습니다 5, 앵무새가 너무 시끄럽습니다. 6, 위에 문제를 제기하면 스텝이 노골적으로 인상 씁니다. 화장실 안가고, 샤워안하고, 시끄러운곳에서 잘자고, 바퀴벌래오 함께 자는 극한체험을 하고싶다면 추천드립니다.

I am amazed at this rating since it was your own failure. The air conditioner is brand new and worked after the staff explained to you 3 times how the remote control works. (Drying, cooling, fan). The toilete you have clogged yourself so the shower did not work afterwards, which our staff had also repaired and cleaned in 20 minutes. We are here on a tropical island not in the city, there are some insects, but we have mosquito screens on the windows that unfortunately do not help if you leave the door open at night and leave the light on.I wish you still nice vacations in the Philippines and wish you that you are now in a much better place than with us I wish you still nice vacations in the Philippines and that you are now in a much better place where the toilets do not clog if you fill them with too much paper and air conditioners work even if you use them wrong :)Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)

I had a good time with my children. I could enjoy swimming pool, pocket ball, board game, etc. for free. The parrot was noisy in the morning, but it was quiet in the evening. The room was clean and the water pressure and water temperature were good. It was convenient to eat because it was close to the main street. It was quiet because it was located a little inside the main street.

Nice little boutique hotel and restaurant tucked away from the busy part of town. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The staff were very nice and friendly.

【総合評価】 とても満足できました。また、モアルボアルに来ることがあれば、ぜひ、リピートさせていただきます。 【良かった点】 スタッフは皆、親切でプロフェッショナルです。 部屋は十分に広く清潔でした。エアコン、大型壁掛けテレビ、冷蔵庫、ミニバー（お菓子と飲み物）、ウォーターサーバーがあり、特別なリクエストがない限り、買い物に行く必要はありません。ウォーターサーバーとインスタントコーヒー類は無料です。 併設レストランの食事は何を頼んでも美味しかったです。 朝食は無料にしては満足できる内容でした。 プールは大きくはありませんが清潔に管理されていました。 宿泊客が無料で利用できるジムがありました。スタッフに頼めば、有料ですが、プロテインシェイクを作ってくれます。 無料のトゥクトゥクでホテルから半径5km圏ならば、どこへでも送ってくれます。10分ほどの短い時間であれば、ドライバーが待っていてくれて、そのまま、ホテルまで帰れます。長時間の用件であれば、迎えは有料です。 ホテル内でマッサージを頼めます。お値段は、街のお店よりは少し高めですが、ホテルの敷地内でサービスを受けられるのは便利でした。 良心的な価格のランドリーサービスを頼めました。 【改善を要する点】 空港からホテルまでの送迎サービスを頼みましたが時間になってもドライバーは現れませんでした。ホテルは業者に委託しているだけなので、ホテルの責任ではないかもしれませんが、残念でした。 併設レストランの食事で、オーダーしてから食事が出てくるまでに、他の客がいないにも関わらず、1時間ほど待たされました。味とボリュームはとても満足できましたが、街のレストランの2倍から3倍の価格であることを考慮すると残念なサービスでした。

Apologize about the waiting time for food, but as you write already, our food in our restaurant is high quality, means all is fresh cooked. We don't use precooked food all comes fresh prepared. Only seafood and Meat comes from the freezer, which first has to be defrosted and then cooked. So it takes 45 minutes to prepare and cook until its served on your table.

The breakfast every morning was awesome, super happy with it as well as an in wall safe and and a water cooler in each room was amazing! Snorkel gear available at front desk at 150 for mask and snorkel, though not great quality. Nice pool and so many nice little touches for guests, down a sketchy alley which was not great at night but overall a lovely property.

Walkable to anywhere near the beach or the restaurants near there. The parrots or nearby roosters will wake you up before 7am. If you're not a morning person, probably not for you. Otherwise, everything else is great.

Excellent overall. On the main road with all the restaurants but down far enough that it's quiet at night. Every aspect was excellent and couldn't point out a single flaw.

Tolle Unterkunft! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde empfehlen im Resort abends essen zu gehen, da war es geschmacklich um einiges besser wie in der Stadt. Kann es in allen Belangen nur weiterempfehlen.

This place was safe and secure. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. The refrigerator worked great, the bathroom was modern, great shower heard with hot water. The staff are friendly and the food was awesome. I would definitely return.

We are glad we chose this hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good enough to fill us up. Rooms were clean and big enough with perfectly working air conditioning. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

I only gave a 3 stars due to the hotels strict rules and regulations. This property is immaculate , the owner takes a lot of pride in keeping his property clean but on the downside I had an unfortunate reaction to the products they use to clean the linens, maybe they use starch , bleach or soap that was too strong and I stained the sheets . I did not purposely or carelessness stain the linen as I had read the rules about being charged for any strains like blood etc that couldn’t be bleached out . I was nervous for the next 2 days and slept with my clothes on !!! I was charged 1000$ pesos although i was told the real charge was 8000$ pesos . The staff apologized and I told them I understood as it’s the hotel’s policy and not their fault . The owner was not around so I didn’t challenge them . I don’t feel it was fair to be held responsible for the reaction to the products but nonetheless I paid the extra cost I was charged. I completely understand the bedding has to be replaced but it’s an expense. as a hotel owner, you should absorb when it’s not the client’s fault . I’ve been travelling for 2 months and I have never been charged for linen . On the plus side : I still recommend the hotel as it’s probably one of the nicest in town . Keep in mind , there are loud parrots on site but at night it’s pretty quiet . Breakfast was very good . They have a Tuk Tuk for free to take you to town or the beaches which is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful .

This was some thing else, make up or even stronger because we cant even clean out thats way the girls charge you.Any way thanks for the 3 it is ok for us if this make you feel better with this case.Wish you a nice trip.

It's a good accomodation. Good for longer stays, it's worth the money! Clean rooms, friendly and helpfull staff and service. The girls were very helpfull and provided service with a smile. They do a fantastic job making Parrot Resort for what it is. I highly reccomend this place. I surely come back.

The room was big and very nice. The staff is great and friendly and helpful. Would give more than 5 star if available. Excellent breakfast including cooked to order eggs, bacon and pancake. Nice bar and a little restaurant at the resort for dinner. The location was very convenient to many local bar and restaurant. Resort arranged an island hopping tour that was good. There was a small gym. We did not use it as seemed to have very light weights only. Overall pleased with the resort and our stay in moalboal.

100% recommend Parrot Resort
We had a great time at Parrot Resort! The staff was wonderful and very accommodating! The breakfast had a good variety and I like how they made it all fresh. Having mangoes cut up every morning was a bonus and John from the bar was very friendly and kind!

The location is perfect for couple. Quiet and very relaxing ambience. Complete amenities. Clean and spacious room. My husband ans I are both coffee lovers. We enjoyed the espresso machine on our room. The location is very near restaurants, bar and coffee shop. About 3 minutes walk and your already in the street full of must try restaurants. All staff are very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this place to stay. Moreover, it is just 10minute ride going to Panagsama beach.

Great little hotel, small but perfectly formed! Rooms have everything you would need - toiletries, pool towels (you can also get beach towels for free), mini bar & snacks with reasonable prices tea and coffee and your own water dispenser! Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Staff are really helpful and accommodating. Location is good - just down the street from the bars and restaurants and a little further on to the beach.

Andreas und sein Team sind die perfekten Gastgeber, bereits vor der Anreise wird einem jede Frage beantwortet, auf Wunsch wird ein Fahrer vermittelt, man kann einen Roller anmieten. Bei Ankunft würden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und alle Annehmlichkeiten der Anlage erklärt, einchecken und wohlfühlen. Einzige Schattenseite wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes nie warmes Wasser zum Duschen, wird hier durch Solar gewonnen und es hat fast dauernd geregnet. Und wir hatten grausige Zimmernachbarn und unser Zimmer war hellhörig (aber dafür kann der Gastgeber nur wenig)

Hoffe am naechsten ort bekommst du par leise zimmernachbarn, die jungen leute sind manchmal wirklich laut.Schade hast du das mit kaltem wasser in der dusche nicht einfach mal an der Reception gesagt. Ein klick auf den sicherungs knopf und heiss wasser geht wieder :)

You get more than you pay for :)
Excellent service and great staff really helpful with guidance for the area. Resort was clean and serene. In addition, Wi-Fi is good, 100 mbps. Road access could be improved as it was muddy while it rained. The gym could use a treadmill and stair climber.

Free parking, great food, very quiet atmosphere except for the parrots. 9 minute walk to the beach and dive and snorkel shops. Careful entering the pool. the tile floor surface is very very slippery.

The Parrot Resort Moalboal is a wonderful little gem of a place. I thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility of the place, broken only by the occasion squawks of their namesake resident parrots (largely only in the day) which makes the place feel more like a home rather than conventional tourist accommodation. I am also thoroughly appreciative of the genuine hospitality accorded by the front desk staff, led by Gwen, who impressed me with their constant attentiveness and responsiveness, and dealt with my various itinerary changes ever so promptly and always with genuine warmness. A top notch place I would recommend to anyone, be it solo travellers or families, looking to settle into Moalboal quickly, and focus their time on enjoying its splendid eco and diving attractions.

I absolutely loved this small boutique hotel. Owned and managed by a Swiss guy so everything works the Parrot Resort provides everything you need for a great stay in Moalboal. The rooms are large and bathrooms as well. You get a deck area in front of your room if you wish to sit outside. There is a small mini-fridge in the room so you can keep you own drinks chilled and the air conditioner can get the room as cold as you want. The pool is large and cold and really clean. There is a bar with music by the pool and plenty of chairs and table for relaxing. If you want to have dinner there is a large menu of Philippine and western dishes to chose from and everyone I had was excellent. Breakfast is served by the kitchen and they will make essentially what ever you want and as much as you want including omelets, bacon, eggs etc. A refrigerator is filled with may different drinks to select from. The small staff was outstanding, friendly and will help you out with whatever you need including arrangements and tours for you. DO NOT MISS snorkeling with the Whale Sharks which you leave at 5 and and return at 10 am. The hotel will also clean your laundry for a small fee. Another great thing about the Parrot is that they have scooters for rental right on site. Great pricing from 400-500 pesos a day depending on length of rental. A scooter will give you all the transportation you need to get to the beaches, stores, bars etc. just a few minutes away. You will love it here!
