"Hotel is overall nice and well placed? Perhaps rooms are a little dated, but acceptable. I waited 30 minutes for a Vada pav in the restaurant which wasn’t ok, but aside from that, reasonable value for money overall"

"The lobby was uncomfortably hot , the room smelled of cigarette smoke , mold on the lap shade and a cockroach in the room . Staff was not helpful at all - claimed I would get only a 2 night refund instead of 3 I have yet to receive any refund. I do not recommend this hotel , it is absolutely NOT a 5 star hotel ."

"This hotel is NOT in Terminal 2. I can only describe this as the absolute worst possible case scenario. The name of the hotel “Niranta Airport Transit Hotel, Terminal 2, Arrivals” implies the hotel is in terminal 2 at Arrivals. However this is not the case. The special instructions for checking in stated the following - This hotel is located inside Terminal 2 of Mumbai International Airport. A valid ticket and Visa is required to access this property. This is misleading and contradictary. You can NOT access the hotel from inside Terminal 2. After flying from the US on a 17 hour flight and thinking I will get off the plane (in terminal 2) and proceed to get some needed sleep for a 16 hour overnight layover. Come to find out “Arrivals” to them means outside the airport and "landside" means inside the airport. The staff did not care. They also mentioned that this happens all the time. I’m delirious from lack of sleep and these robots at the front desk are literally say “it’s your fault you booked the wrong hotel”. Nothing to be done they say. Totally screwed. Go from expecting a bed and a shower and a change of clothes to trying to sleep in a chair by the food court. Misleading info. Rude staff. Insane bureaucracy beyond comprehension. I will never forgive this one"

"I checked in at 11:30 PM. I was given a very dirty and smelly room, which made me uncomfortable."

"Nice hotel but rooms are not very soundproof and voices and noise can be heard from corridors and adjacent rooms which can be very disruptive at night. Floors in room could also be cleaner."
