"Well, where do I start? First, the check in was great. Staff was very personable and friendly. The adventure to our room was a bit different. Once we found the elevator and got to our floor, we entered the hallway…. Floors were very dirty and my wife and I looked at each other thinking the same thing “ LETS GET OUTTA HERE” not to mention the stench of marijuana filled the corridor. We got to our room at the end of the hall expecting the worst. We opened the door and the room wasn’t quite as bad...

"Check out was crazy packed with only two people working front desk. Mobile check in didn’t work. Once we finally got to our room we wanted to take a shower but the walls had literal globs of hair on them. Had to have someone come up and clean it. The built in body wash was completely empty as well. Definitely a bit dated but aside from all that was fine for sleeping before hitting the river."

"The front desk representative was quite pleasant. It smelled nice walking to the room. But, when we arrived in our room, we immediately could tell it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The rug had crumbs and pumpkins seed shells. The full length mirror was filthy, there was sand in the toilet and on the toilet seat, the bathroom floor had dirt, there was pubic hair in the shower wall, and there was a couple of bottled waters left in the refrigerator.
