“We were in room 423 it was very windy which wasn’t the hotels fault but all night all we heard was the flag right outside our room flapping and banging all night. The other issue was the staff kept calling our room while we were trying to rest after a very stressful weekend. Normally it’s so quiet there. The breakfast was kind of yucky on Saturday the bacon was barely cooked, the eggs were dry and over done… not the usual.”

“Very clean room, comfy bed too. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff and nicely updated. Breakfast was good. Pool area has a nice waterfall element for the kiddos but the hot tub jets werent working during this stay. Would still stay again”

“A gem of a place in a special town! Super clean room (even under the bed!). Due to the nature of the landscape (rocks) there are a lot of steps to get to room, pool, breakfast, into the property. Most parking is covered. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We look forward to staying again.”

“Great location where you can walk to downtown Houghton and Hancock easily. Multiple bars and restaurants less than a mile away. Clean, comfortable rooms with great beds and great kitchen set up. Great views in the rooms that open to the deck. The available services including laundry, gym and sauna are great. ”
