โEnjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive. June appears to be off season so the resort wasn't sold out. Nice breakfast served by staff daily.
Hot water was solar generated so with 11 hours of sunlight and clouds, we generally missed the hot water. There were only two outlets in the room. One near the floor under the desk and one by the bathroom sink so charging electronics and heating hot water for coffee and tea was a challenge.โ
โHotel is in a great location to the Beach and views from room balcony were very good. Terrific buffet food quality with lots of options. I liked the welcoming feeling and property layout and entertainment in the evening. great stay.โ

โAbsolutely beautiful jungle like lication of small property in the grounds of a stunning Chateau , that edges the Heritage golf course. The room was huge, with a comfortable bed and lush pillows. Bathroom lovely, huge shower. We took a walk around the grounds of the chateau, which was so swrene and beautiful. There was a member of staff from the hotel, who was making fishing rods from bamboo. He gave one to. Restaurant on site, mid range pricee and food. Staff lovely. Look out for the giant...
"We visited on our honeymoon and were overall very satisfied with our stay. After staying at a few other accommodations, this place stood out in a number of ways. The facilities, cleanliness, friendly staff, and food were all excellent.
The app made it incredibly easy to access and navigate the available services.

"I arrived about 20 minutes later than the check-in time of 2 PM, but the room was not ready, and I had to wait for over an hour. I complained and requested a late check-out, but due to a lack of communication among the staff, the issue was not resolved until the very last moment. Eventually, I received confirmation after 11 AM on the day of check-out."

The overall satisfaction with the food, environment, location, facilities, and scenery were fantastic.
However, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant experience. I am very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff.
We clearly requested the honeymoon service by email before our arrival, but it was not provided. We requested it again to the Chinese staff member at the reception desk, and they said they would process it soon and just made us wait.
We waited for 2 hours without even unpacking our luggage, and eventually we visited the reception twice more, but it was not processed. After waiting for another 30 minutes, we made a request to the head manager and our request was processed right away.
The Chinese staff member just made us wait and did nothing, neglecting us and wasting our precious time.
I hope that he will be punished accordingly."
