“Hotel house keeping did not clean our room. When we told other workers that the house keeping did not clean our room,they said it they don't know and didn't clean our room. Also the room next to ours was so loud singing, talking loudly all night and the room service could not do things to stop their noise. Finally, when we are cheking out they charged more money then it was supposed to.”

“The website made it look much nicer than it actually was. Upon entering the room, it smelled like the floor was mopped with a dirty mop, and for two days, we had to smell that stench. We wanted to leave after one night but since it was the weekend, we were not allowed to without being charged, because we had to stay a minimum of 2 nights. There was very little space to sit in front of the river, as it appeared on their website, and overall it was just disappointing and way overpriced.”

“The location was ideal. Gorgeous view of the river. Walking and hiking opportunities nearby. Close to Brattleboro shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace.”

“Convenient location, but noisy due to tain traffic and traffic on I 91; must odor from previous smokers; very limited breakfast options. I would rate the stay as 'acceptable' - just OK”
