Fabulous Stay

Fabulous stay. We stayed in the “superior” (no pool in our room) and it was amazing, we would live to go back. Bed was very comfy, beautiful bathroom with a rain shower (dont listen to the review that says they only have bathtubs?) and even had comfy robes. They also run a fancy restaurant in the bottom floor and the rooftop terrace was thenperfect place to have your morning coffee or afternoon drink. The owner was running around super helpful, staff was great, service was great, the breakfast was also a full spread. Great location near old town, we walked from the train station every day to see other cities.

We stayed with Bella Vista for one night during our two week tour of Italy, and it was our favorite hotel of the entire trip. We booked the suite with the indoor pool, but the view from the room is the star of the show. Most comfortable bed in Italy. We woke up to a gorgeous continental breakfast in bed the following morning. Delightful! Staff was so friendly and helpful. They were there to answer any questions we had, provide recommendations for us, and held our bags while we explored Monopoli. They assisted us in booking a private car to our next stop due to the unforeseen rain shower which was most helpful. We can’t wait to return!

Balcony overlooking sea. rooftop deck and pool. You cannot drive near this area although they did have someone to pick us up with luggage but we had a rental car and secured parking which was a 15 minute walk away from B&B. The B&B did help getting that for us. The beach here is very small but for exploring other areas the location was central. Beautiful

Rooms overall were lovely. Clean, well maintained, and had a great selection of toiletries. Downside of our stay was that the hotel was not accessible. There are no showers, only tubs you must step into (not great for older or disabled folks.) Additionally, there was no hot water so the jacuzzi tubs were not usable. Breakfast was nice but meager for how expensive the room was.

Room with the view

I have to say the room is absolutely beautiful at first look. It has a pool inside the room around bed a beautiful door to a Juliette balcony. However, it was a very uncomfortable stay because it was very damp. The sheets were damp every night going to bed they really need a dehumidifier to get rid of all the water down there. Perhaps it was because of the pool? And there was a very damp, almost sewer smell. And there was also a mirror that was not a fixed to the wall and behind it. It was all rusted and rotten. But I must say the staff were absolutely amazing. Every time I text to ask questions they text immediately. And breakfast was just fabulous on the rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace was absolutely lovely , early morning . However, the pool was hot not cool water. Had the room Had a dehumidifier then it would’ve been a lot comfortable. Not to mention the clothes in our open luggage felt damp thereafter. Otherwise it is a beautiful room.

Very nice B&B, parking is a bit far thought if you have big luggages and be sure to always put extra time in the parking meters as they quickly give out parking tickets and its a big hassle to pay them.

Gabriella was fantastic. She helped us out with parking issues (several times), including driving out of old town so we could follow her out. The hotel was great, we had a private swimming pool in the room....had a balcony looking out on the sea. We would definitely recommend a stay here to everyone.

Ho conosciuto il luogo tramite social e sono rimasto estasiato dalle potenzialità mostrate. Il luogo è molto bello e la vista è qualcosa di indescrivibile.. la camera era curata e molto accogliente.. nulla da recriminare se non per delle piccolezze. La prima: il ragazzo che ci ha accolto ci ha spiegato frettolosamente il tutto ma anche dalle piccole domande sembrava non capire.. ci chiede della colazione chiedendoli in cosa consisteva e per ben due volte ci ha solo rammentato caffè, latte o the.. (anche se in realtà era veramente veramente una colazione completa e ben curata) .. ci spiega il funzionamento della jacuzzi ma omettendo di accendere un pulsante lontano dalla vasca che permetteva il funzionamento.. ovviamente lo capiamo solo dopo averla usata rovinandoci un po’ la bellezza del momento.. la seconda piccolezza riguardava la tv che purtroppo per l’utilizzo bisognava per forza mettersi davanti allo schermo e per capire il settaggio per accedere ai canali abbiamo dovuto contattare qualcuno.. Ovviamente queste sono solo piccole cose ma il resto è stato veramente molto curato e confortevole.. l’arredo era veramente ben scelto e la terrazza che dà sul mare è veramente una grande chicca .. la mattina la colazione è stata portata e servita in camera e la gentilezza delle due ragazze è stata davvero una cigliegina sulla torta … il bagno era spazioso e funzionale .. il letto molto Comodo e la stanza piccola ma ottima per passare un soggiorno nel centro Monopoli.

Une piscine dans une chambre appelée suite luxury au niveau d’une cave sous la rue et bruyante, c’est du jamais vu!! On avait une appréhension à regagner cette suite le soir uniquement pour dormir. En étanche petits déjeuner agréables sur le roof top.

Eine schöne und exklusive Unterkunft, der Besitzer denkt aber viel mehr mit über die Unterkunft und macht deshalb sehr hohe Preise, die jedoch der Unterkunft nicht entsprechen. Der Pool ist klein, ca. 5x3m und nur ca. 50cm tief, außenrum sehr abgewohnt (die Verkleidung etc), zwei größere Liegen für 4 Zimmer/8 Personen, man muss also sich darüber absprechen oder Glück haben.. Und neben dem Seeblick durch das kleine Badezimmerfenster und das kleine Zimmerfenster war's das mit Highights. Beim Frühstück versuchen die es etwas auf home-made,aber es entspricht nicht dem Level der Preise, da haben wir schonmal viel bessere gehabt. Getoastes Brot & Co.. billiges multivitamin-saft für 1€ aus dem , abgefüllt in ner 'home-made' Glasflasche.. :)) Alles SEHR hellhörig, entspricht also auch keinem höheren Level, Fensterverdunklung kaputt, der Knopf um die Dusche anzumachen auch kaputt gewesen, dass man die Dusche mit spitzen Fingern oder Handtuch nur anmachen konnte.. Um 6.30 fängt das Personal an direkt hinter der hellhörigen Wand und sehr schwachen Tür Frühstück zu machen, wir haben also keine einzige Nacht ausschlafen können.. Also, eine Unterkunft für 200-250€/Nacht, verlangt wird das Doppelte, deswegen auf internationalem Level: entweder Hausaufgaben machen und den Service verbessern oder Preise senken, damit es keine schlechten Bewertungen gibt. Denn die beste Bewertung ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Für einen Top-Service gibt es keine Fragen und man zahlt einen hohen Pre

The hotel is located in the historic part of town and if you get the room with the balcony (the outer wall appeared to be part of the old wall surrounding the city), you hit the jackpot. Having an espresso with your significant other there is out of this world. Breakfast is served on the rooftop and you can also access the rooftop in the evening (or at night if you wish and are adventurous). The roof of the rooms are domelike shaped and wonderful. It is a true pleasure. Enjoy, we did.

AMAZING

Beautiful room, stunning rooftop terrace, great located right on the waterfront, but most of all the owners simply touched us with their hard work and friendliness. We stayed in Monopoli for 3 days out of our 12 days trip to Italy and I must say the experience in Bellavista was the highlight of the whole trip.Do not think twice booking a room with them, you are going to love it!

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Wir haben und rundum wohlgefühlt. Eine herzliche und liebenswerte Betreuung durch Roberto und seine Frau. Ein Superfrühstück auf der traumhaften Dachterrasse ! Elegante, gepflegte, saubere Zimmer mit Flair, integriert in eine alte Stadtmauer - gigantisch! Unsere King Suite hatte einen Balkon über dem Meer. Wir waren nur zwei Tage in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung, viel zu kuz. Der Abschied fiel uns schwer. Wer nach Monopoli reist, sollte im Bellavista wohnen und sich selbst von dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft überzeugen ! Danke nochmals an die lieben Gastgeber !

Das B&B ist traumhaft gelegen. In der Altstadt Monopolis mit Meerblick. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
