We had a lovely stay - the room was very clean and in a great location, very close to the sea and lots of nice bars and restaurants! A nice communal terrace that we could use too to eat our lunch!

Such a beautiful stay in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli. My husband and I had a great time here, and the host was super helpful, even being available late at night (around 2AM) when we arrived to help us get into the apartment. Thank you so much!!!

Nice and cosy room with a look for the detail. You can reach all points of interests in Monolopi within a walking distance. The service was good and the contact to the host uncomplicated. We can recommend a stay here.

This place is in a great location, within walking distance to everything you may need. The place itself is a bit small, but it is the atmosphere that you are paying for. The tub is a nice addition, although I wish there were directions on how to use it. There is access to the terrace which is small but quaint. I honestly fell in love with the location and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, atmosphere.

The best stay in Italy so far

Such a beautiful little place. It was clean, well appointed and had such a warmth and character. It was also in the perfect location to access the piazza. Beautiful home in the heart of Monopoli

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of Monopoli! All clean, easy self check in & beautiful room. We loved it & would stay again. Great value for money too! Parking not included as it’s in the heart of the Old Town however we paid around €13 for 24hours street parking a short walk away. Gorgeous terrace & just a wonderful experience! Grazie!!

It was an adorable room, very clean and quiet. My husband and I walked everywhere. It’s a beautiful town. we never met the owner personally except by phone and she was very cordial. She also helped me get in contact with a private driver who picked us up from the train station. Wonderful people. Thank you for a wonderful 2 day stay.

Little cozy nest in the heart of Monopoli

It is a little cozy nest in the heart of Monopoli, it is a small by well organised bedroom with bubble tube, excelent bed and pillows, nice bathroom with shower, coffee machine and a small fridge. It is extremely quiet. Land lady did everything possible to find me a safe parking for my motobike, and she was always available when we ask for something.

Do not stay here.

I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. The luxury room is in the basement, so feels really damp especially as we were unable to leave our door open for fear of cockroaches. The host didn't respond to our feedback so unfortunately posting here.

Muy bien ubicado, en el centro histórico de Monopoli. Cama cómoda, aire acondicionado y neverita en la habitación. La cafetera está en la terraza, zona común con las otras habitaciones, aunque no funciona el microondas, ni hay leche, cubiertos, etc. Al ser un edificio histórico en una calle estrecha, prácticamente no entra la luz natural ni tampoco hay mucha luz artificial. El mayor problema es que a las 7 de la mañana solía venir gente, entiendo que del alojamiento y al ser una casa y puertas de madera, se oye todo y nos despertaba cada mañana, no es lo ideal si estás de vacaciones.

Perfekt läge i Gamla stan på en sval och lugn gata, jättefint och rent rum, bra AC som var tyst och effektiv, fräscht badrum och skön säng. Kuddarna var lite höga och hårda men verkligen inget stort problem. Överlag otroligt nöjda med allt!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce logement. Le rapport qualité/prix n’est selon moi pas très justifié. L’annonce n’est pas claire concernant la présence d’une cuisine ou non dans le logement (le budget étant bien plus conséquent lorsque l’on doit manger à l’extérieur à tous les repas) De plus le jacuzzi présent dans la chambre est accompagné d’aucunes explications et n’est pas simple à utiliser (se remplit seulement avec la douchette donc met très longtemps à se remplir et parfois l’eau ne chauffe pas) Aucune fenêtres présentes dans logement donc très sombre…. Il ne faut pas être claustrophobe. Certes le logement est bien décoré et joli mais cela ne suffit pas à justifier le prix. Assez déçus de ce logement…

Bello.

L’esperienza è positiva per posizione e comfort della stanza, seppur poco luminosa. Il check-in è automatico con i codici … avrei gradito però che per le cose basiche come ad esempio il funzionamento dello split avessero scritto una nota, a proposito del fatto che una volta accesso occorreva aspettare, perché il mio e gli altri usati non richiedevano questo tempo di attesa, per cui ho dovuto contattarli un po’ allarmata dalla cosa. È vero che ho pernottato solamente una notte, ma in questo periodo dell’anno è un servizio essenziale. Il phon che non andava sarà stata certamente una altra spiacevole casualità perché è stato sostituito appena gliel’ho fatto presente al mattino con uno nuovo.

Fantastisk central beliggenhed

Det var et super fint sted, meget rent og fantastisk beliggenhed, midt i den gamle bydel, fyldt med hyggelige og gode restauranter, og tæt på mulighed for at bade. Fantastiske skønt sted....OBS der er ikke reception og der er ikke mulighed for morgenmad, bare man er OBS på det er det ikke noget problem .
