The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and comfortable. Our room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with high-end finishes that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star resort. Everything — from the bedding to the bathroom amenities — was top quality. The hotel grounds were equally impressive, offering a peaceful and well-maintained environment to relax and unwind. We also appreciated the subtle “mining” theme, which was more about branding and design flair than any kind of literal gem-mining — a clever and classy touch rather than a gimmick.
