โThe room albeit quite small was very comfy and nicely done out. I found it really hard to sleep though as the green emergency light made the room very light when I am used to sleeping in total darknessโ
โThe experience based on the price was amazing. We paid for a room with a shower but we didn't use it since we left the window open because it was hot. The bed wasnt great but the staff gave us and extra blanket for my wife to use for more comfort. The hotel is next to 2 good restaurants and was a nice 30-45 minute walk to stores or the train. Would come back again.โ
โThey told us up front there was no A/C, but we figured, 70 and raining would be fine. Well was 79 and sunny, and with only one tiny window that only opened 2 inches, the place was like sweatbox.
The upside, is that the staff were wonderful!
The restaurant next door has a great pub, and excellent fish and chips!โ
โCommunicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues.
Issues mainly around the following:
numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment;
toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray);
cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom;
various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up;
dirty stains on...
โWe only stayed at the Richmond Park Hotel for one night as we were meeting other family members to do the Boโness & Kinneil steam train trip. The hotel is lovely with welcoming efficient staff. The copper kiln bar & restaurant is cosy and there is an outside area with picnic tables and chairs for summers evenings. We stayed in a superior king room & it was spacious and very comfortable, Bar & food prices are very reasonable and we had an excellent stay.

โWir hatten das als Basis fรผr mehrere Tage in der Umgebung. Viel zu sehen und mit Auto unglaublich praktisch gelegen. Normal fรผr England sind die hellhรถrigen Fenster, aber fรผr uns ging es ohne Probleme. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Haupthaus, sehr gross, top Badezimmer und Bett. Frรผhstรผck ok, fรผr den Preis kann man nicht meckern. โ

โThe location is perfectโright in the heart of town, making it easy to explore. Our room was recently renovated, modern, and very comfortable.
What really stood out was the staff: exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful. On Saturday morning, when we discovered that airport taxis in Linlithgow need to be booked in advance, the hotel team stepped in and quickly helped us arrange one. Their support made a big difference to our trip.
