"Staff great. I found 57 things in 2 days as a business expert that I would fix. We didnt like the fact no screens in bathroom vent and we watched flying things come in there during shower especially bees! ALOT fixes FROZEN cheese on nachos wasnt good either they microwaved 2 times after asking and finally was warm ONLY.. FELL on wet slick tile multi million dollar lawsuit in America. Owner ignored me i asked to speak with never did in 2 days. "

Our rooms (which had no personality at all) were never cleaned, our towels were never changed, there were no toiletries provided, there was no place to put the soap (that we brought) inside the shower, the shower door looked like it had never been cleaned and there was no towel service for the pool. "

"Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the laundrymat. Overall it was a very good value. I would stay there again."
