“기차역 그리고 버스터미널과 가까운 위치라서 캐리어와 함께 이동하는데 편리하고, 샹베리의 올드 그리고 뉴 시티모두 5분거리에 있습니다. 에어콘 그리고 객실상태는 모두 만족. 수영장 이용가능합니다.”

“우선 낡았다. 청소도 살짝 아쉬움이 남는다.”

“The hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff. The room was quiet and comfortable, as well as quite large. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“I have stayed in many high end hotels throughout the world and I have to say that this experience was superb from start to finish. Staff could not have been more professional and helpful. The room was superb and the setting was also great. All rooms are individually designed and the building dates back to the 15th century, so is characterful in many regards. If you're in Chambéry and you want a really good place to stay, I would strongly recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel, while modest in size, offers excellent security. The staff members are notably helpful and friendly, and the breakfast provided is quite good. Although the kitchen is small, it contains all the essentials for a meal. The rooms are clean, and the air conditioning operates very effectively. Furthermore, the parking area is secure and monitored by cameras.”

The entire lobby stinks of chlorine coming from the spa. The cleaners tried to clean our room at 8.30am, in what must be categorised as a holiday, not a business, hotel. But far, far worse than all of this was the bed. It was basically a plank. So hard that both my wife and I could barely sleep, and I was hobbling around with back...

“We loved our stay at the chateau. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. While they do not offer room service, I was able to get coffee each morning from the front desk. Our dinner in the restaurant was delicious. We were within an hours drive of spectacular scenery and loved returning to the chateau each night. We didn’t find restaurants in the town, but we had lunch in lovely towns during the day and had picnic dinners on the grounds of the chateau in the evening.”

“Hotel accogliente, colazione varia e soddisfacente.”
