“Notre réservation a été refusée par la gérante contestant le prix de la chambre alors que nouss , nous avions bien reçu une confirmation de reservation et un reçu. Les negociations ont duré 1h10, impossible d'avoir de l'aide via le service client qui ne traite que par chat, nous avons perdu patience ayant roulé toute la journee, il faisait plus de 30° ce jour là. Finalement on nous a attribué une chambre. Nous déplorons cet incident qui nous a gâché la soirée et le manque d'aide du service...

The village with its castle is very run down with a large derelict hospital, numerous closed hotels and empty shops, but still worth a visit as a stop over.”
