The hallway carpets are dirty, and some of the staff still need a lot more training. They try their best, but some of them simply don’t care. Also, when you check in at 3 p.m. and time passes, they say they don’t know when the room will be ready. The welcome they give guests is handing you a towel and they don’t take it away. I paid for a Grand hotel and felt like I was in a 2‑star hotel. A family vacation where no one was satisfied
