"Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, nicht wirklich gut, aber auch nicht wirklich schlecht. Der Gesamteindruck unseres Aufenthaltes entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Zum Beispiel war die Rezeption sehr schnell überfordert, das Servicepersonal war mehrheitlich unfreundlich, abgesehen vom Chef des Service beim Frühstück und des Reinigungspersonals.
