"Das einzig gute an der Unterkunft war die Lage direkt am Strand und der Meerblick vom Balkon. Rest sehr enttäuschend. Die Buchubg kam nicht an, sodass am ersten Tag keine Zimmer frei waren. Wir mussten in einem anderen Hotel übernachten. Wurden immerhin hingefahren und auch abgeholt. Zimmer wurden nur alle zwei Tage sauber gemacht. Der arrogante Mitarbeiter/Chef der sich um die Buchungen kümmert hat uns weder begrüßt noch angesprochen. Mit ihm hatte ich zwei Wochen zuvor über Whatsapp...

"Die Unterkunft ist schön gestaltet, in einem idyllischen Garten Eden voller Obstbäume. Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist sehr schön romantisch und nostalgisch mit einer Gartenlaube abseits von der Hauptstraße gelegen. Man ist in einer ruhigen Straße aber nahe beim Strand und bei Restaurants/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Bushaltestelle in die Altstadt nach ULCINJ ist gleich gegenüber. "Room was lovely, clean, spacious, great design features for restorative sleep. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Excellent gym facilities. I didn’t get a chance to try the yoga or Pilates classes as the schedule didn’t fit with my daytime sightseeing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of healthy choices. Food in general was excellent but sometimes small portions for the price, especially if you are on a high protein diet. Pool area is ok, but could do with more shade options or sun umbrellas for each lounger. Location is good, & is a short walk down to the marina at Porto Montenegro. Overall I would recommend."

"So welcoming and accommodating from the late pickup at the parking lot to the entire stay and drop off back to the car. From the beginning they stayed in touch helping to make sure I found my way to the right parking lot and it was pretty late check in so I was grateful. The chef stayed a bit later to make a meal for me before I went up to my room for the night understanding I had just arrived and came from a bit far away. The check-in was so informative and polite as well as check out. The staff was overall amazing. Highly recommend"

"The property is very well located, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and major attractions. Despite its central location, the area was surprisingly quiet. Danica was extremely helpful and provided excellent recommendations throughout our stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the property does not have a traditional reception or lobby, so it is important to communicate your arrival time in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process. The building entrance is currently undergoing renovations and is not particularly attractive at the moment, but this did not affect our stay. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed."

"Apartment hotel right in the centre of Budva, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and Old Town. Location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and amenities nearby, you will never run out of options for food or essentials. Staff and manager were helpful and accommodating, a small suggestion would be for the staff to have more detailed knowledge about the area and hotel services, but overall the service was good. Bathroom did have a noticeable sewage smell during our stay, so it would be appreciated if this could be looked into and improved. We really appreciated the kind gesture of preparing a little birthday surprise for my friend, a thoughtful touch that made our stay more special. We had a pleasant experience overall and would consider booking again when returning to Budva, especially if the small issues mentioned are addressed."

"The hotel was great, modern, and near Kotor town (just under 10 minutes drive with no traffic). If you are checking in after reception closing time, please be mindful to communicate with the host beforehand as we had some trouble finding the hotel late at night in the dark and the host wasn’t the most helpful. Other than that minor blip, the staff are very polite! Would stay there again!"

"This is brand new property (we were apparently it's first overnight customers) directly on the Bay of Kator that is immaculate. Spacious room with balconies overlooking the bay with a modern design and setup. The staff was fantastic especially Nikoli, Aleksander, and especially Milka the manager. Breakfast was a la carte, fresh and delicious, with homegrown olive oil bottle on each table. If that wasn't enough, the properties own direct access to the bay with loungers, exclusive swimming area, and even a lifeguard separates this property from all the others. Definitely coming back!"
