"Had to check in at next door hotel. Desk clerk was very helpful.and room was ready early. However elevator was blocked by maid service who was a little rude when we asked about opening it up so we didnt have to lug suitcases up the stairs. Which we ended up doing...granted we checked in way before regular check in time. Hotel had a great central location easy access to everything. No air so a little warm. Dont miss the 5 pm parade of the sheep down main st."

Front desk girls & guy that I had interaction with were just lovely . Breakfast had lots of choices & was very tasty!!

"Very friendly staff who helped you find good restaurants nearby. Just 2 min walk from the station. Really family friendly. Spacious and clean rooms with nice bathroom. Beautiful view of the mountains and an amazing breakfast."
"Great place! Had a room upgrade even, and got a tub which was great to soak the sore muscles after a long day! Great balcony view directly of the Matterhorn!! Only downside to me, the toilet was very high lol! I have short legs😜Comfy bed and good breakfast"
