The area around the pool is super slippery and dangerous. The view is nice but again super slippery. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!!! Our room bathroom needed some repairs including the door that did not close.

Pros: The hotel is close proximity to Macroplaza. The staff was very responsive to our needs when we called to ask for something. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: The hotel is out dated and needs some remodeling and fixing. Our shower had very low pressure and leaked all over while we showered. For a weekend trip, wasn't bad. I would stay again.

I reserved a premium room but when I did the check in the hotel staff assigned me a stadard room, they said that they got the reservation as if it was a standard room, that that was the way they got the reservations from Expedia, I showed them my reservation in the Expedia app but they did not care. I contacted Expedia and Expedia could not solve the issue.
