Reception lady at 2pm was very abrupt and just said “check in not till 3” we only wanted to let her know we had parked in the patrons only car park. Breakfast staff and checking out lady, lovely.”

A builder in the complex was very rude just because I used the path to the left in an small central distribution fountain they had in the way to the apartment, once we crossed paths and he told me why I didn’t use the other side…. Dirty common areas even with beer and cider cans on the floor, house smelling to cigarettes, also only decaf...
