The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff were extremely helpful in all aspects. The only two things were parking which is always an issue in Montreal and I think the breakfast room could’ve been a little bit more decorated. The breakfast was very good the rooms are clean and big I highly recommend this hotel

Excellent breakfast and well stocked, comfy bed and nice bathroom and patio. Negative is of the two elevators only one was operational leading to excessive wait for a spot on the elevator.

I wasn't impressed that there isn't parking on site but there are a lot of paid parking lots in the buildings around the area. The hotel itself was great for our 2 night stay. We had 2 queen size beds and it was very clean. The free breakfast was standard fare ( sausages, eggs, toast, cereal, muffins, juice, coffee etc) but very good. The staff were great with us and polite. No complaints at all except for the lack of parking. I would stay there again.

The hotel was in a good location. However, one of the elevators was out of order, which made getting between floors difficult. The rooms were also very outdated. On the positive side, the hotel breakfast was quite good and acceptable

The place was in a great location and the lobby was clean. but they need to update and clean the carpet and the balcony. The price does is a little too high for what you get. The breakfast area is small and some what dirty.

I came here for the Ariana Grande concert and I had a really great time, the walk was only 7 minutes away and around the hotel everything was near by even if you Ubered to old Montreal it was only 17 minutes away I highly recommend it, it was also very clean, the breakfast was also not bad.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Location was perfect for an event at the bell centre. Breakfast was good with many quick to grab and go options. Bedding was thin and the room was a bit dated but was reasonable for the price. The parking was confusing though as it was underground parking 2 blocks away.

bathroom shower wall was dirty , lamps where all crooked , breakfast and food and staff where fine but separate all the big things like eggs, toaster , traffic not good should have line for breakfast starts here would be better . we would come again . thank you for the cleaners and breakfast staff they worked hard to keep everything full and still smiled.

This was a perfect hotel for a concert at the Bell Center! We stayed one night and it was perfect! There are also plenty of restaurants and little spots around for food and things to do. The room we stayed in was nice, however there are some improvements that could be made to the room, everything was very clean though. And for parking you have to walk over to a hotel just maybe 5 minutes away and valet will drive it to a shared parking lot with the Holiday Inn (40$).

Lobby has been updated. Walls & carpet in rooms & hallways were very unclean, to no fault of staff, as the only way of dealing with the uncleanliness is to replace. Bed was comfortable & clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
