This is a privately owned hotel with beautiful rooms and the most comfortable beds, beautiful linens and delicious breakfasts. They have a lounge room with a grand piano and serve bistro style food. Lots of parking and easy access to two very large shopping plazas. Definitely with go back as close to Place Bell for concerts.

Great hotel in an excellent location. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Amazing breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean. Super comfy bed. The only thing we found awkward was the glass shower wall beside the bed which had a sliding door with moveable slats. Not 100% private. Great location however as it was so close to the Bell Centre, shopping mall and restaurants. Great staff.
