"I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Santhi and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The property was unclean and poorly maintained, with visible mold and cockroaches in multiple areas. "The staff were lovely and accommodating there was nothing that they wouldn't do for you if they could. The thing iwould rate down us the distance from all the amenities (dining, lobby and pool) from building three."
"Lovely family hotel. Found it quiet even though it’s just off the bypass. Hotel has its own taxi service which we found easier to use than go jek etc. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. About 10 minute walk to beach. Plenty of warungs and restaurants close by especially if you leave through the back entrance which is open till 9pm. Rooms clean and spacious with great air con in each bedroom and living room. Staff were great at keeping the grounds looking good and I believe spraying them each day to keep mosquitoes away which must have worked as we were not bitten while staying here."
"I loved the large swimming pool, the location by the beach and only 10 min walk to Icon Mall. The breakfast buffet has good varieties. Staff is super helpful anf friendly. It has a fitness center that opens 24×7. The only disappointment is it does not have a sauna and the wait for elevators can take a long time."
"We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again.
