Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. "I loved the large swimming pool, the location by the beach and only 10 min walk to Icon Mall. The breakfast buffet has good varieties. Staff is super helpful anf friendly. It has a fitness center that opens 24×7. The only disappointment is it does not have a sauna and the wait for elevators can take a long time."
"Stayed at the Oberoi for 5 nights and had an amazing experience here. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the resort, they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The villa style rooms make it feel more private- we had a wonderful room with the patio. The resort is in walking distance to Seminyak square and has a shuttle service to take you there and back on a pre set schedule.
Breakfast variety was varied, a la carte options for western/asian tastes provided great options- I can say we tried most items on their menu and were not disappointed!

"We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again.
