The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and pool were clean. It was difficult to contact the front desk for assistance as they did not have a phone and the Whatsapp QR code led to their spa service. Everything is very tech-forward with the lights/tv. The restaurant in the hotel had good food but service was not the best. Might be because I came at a slow time. Would stay again, good hotel fairly close to the airport and they were willing to hold our bags after checkout for a few hours.

We spent 3 nights in this villa and I think it’s good for very short stay.Upon check in there was no welcome drink,their breakfast is average, grateful at least they provided to the room foc otherwise you have to go the restaurant.bf inside of your villa is chargeable 200k as everything in this property, from bf to sea salt in jacuzzi. I think for the price they asked with Expedia you should include smth. Room was neat and clean, staff polite and accommodating.Room itself nothing from 1 bedroom it’s a 1 room with bathroom behind.Funky design and Alexa with Netflix.

A stay could have been better

No fan fare on the stay. That said, it was still comfortable and pleasant if you don’t harbour high expectations. The stay started well until the housekeeping on our last night didn’t keep up to our basic expectations such as replenishment of drinking waters; shower gel. Saving grace is there’s free shuttle of reasonable frequency to bring u to the town. That is good considering there’s nothing around the resort. Liked the layout of the room. It made Me feel connected to the nature. Furniture looked tired especially the bath tub. Even the towels don’t look clear white. Don’t remember the staff went the extra mile effort to celebrate a bday occasion. Quite unusual in comparison to my other stays. Even a mere request of a small candle to put on a cake from the restaurant was turned down.

What a Trip!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Sini Vie. The villa was everything we could have hoped for – spacious, modern, clean, and well maintained. We loved having our own private pool, but also enjoyed spending time at the shared pool area and swim-up bar. What made our stay exceptional was the kindness and dedication of the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond, always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to Diah (Guest Relations) – she was so warm and welcoming, kept us well informed, and was incredibly helpful with all our enquiries. We can’t recommend Sini Vie enough – it’s the perfect place for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Very Private and Romantic

Everything about Sini Vie Villa is as reviewed by everyone else. The staff are amazing, the rooms very comfortable and the food is fantastic. The only thing that could be better is the internet connection, it's not all that great. Overall though we were very well looked after and nothing was too much trouble.

Absolute 10/10 Luxury – Best Experience in Bali! From the moment I arrived at Sini Vie, I was blown away by the level of luxury, cleanliness, and care. The rooms are immaculate – modern, stylish, and equipped with every amenity you could wish for. Whether you’re relaxing in the private pool or soaking in the freestanding tub, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The service is second to none. The staff are attentive, friendly, and professional, and I especially appreciated the 24-hour WhatsApp concierge which made everything seamless. Whether I needed spa bookings, restaurant advice, or local tips, someone was always available. A huge shoutout to Chef Riski and the incredible restaurant team who made my solo dining experience so special. The food was delicious – fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel completely at home. Though the hotel is slightly away from the main tourist hotspots, this only added to the peaceful, exclusive feel. I used the Grab app for all my transport and food deliveries – super cheap, fast, and reliable. I was celebrating a special occasion, and the team went above and beyond with a beautifully decorated room, complimentary cake, and even a sweet welcome song. If I could add 5 more stars to this review, I would. Sini Vie deserves a 10/5 stars! It is located in Seminyak and its great for couples who’d like more privacy during their stay. We stayed for 3 nights, and I wished we stayed even longer. Sini Vie made our trip to Bali such bittersweet as it is THE BEST villa we’ve ever been to. The service provided was amazing, reception helped us with almost everything and anything we enquired for. They arranged for us our in-room bfast timings, our day trip itinerary and many more. We’re always greated with warm smiles by the reception and it always made our day. What I like most about this villa is the staff would remember you & your room no so it makes things very convenient for us when requesting things. Anyone who enters the villa will have to pass by the reception first, that made us feel very safe as there were no such unwanted encounters like horror stories we’ve heard from other places. The villa is the first Smart villa we’ve been to, and having Alexa around made things super convenient for us. There is a speaker in the room as well when we need to play some nice music to set the mood. TV had netflix in it, which was great when we wanted to settle in after a long day. They provide you with refillable bottled water as well so you don’t have to worry about “bali belly”! Breakfast was amazing. Must try the pancakes! You would not be disappointed. Worth every dollar you spend here. We would definitely come back!!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Anlage war stets sauber und gepflegt. Leider befindet sich neben der Hotelanlage eine Schule, weswegen es ab 7 Uhr echt laut ist. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum, es wird aber ein Shuttle alle zwei Stunden vom Hotel angeboten, was super war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Es gab frisches Omlette und frische Pancakes. Die Getränke an der Poolbar sind unverschämt teuer (16€ für zwei kleine Wasser). Die Spa Anwendung war sehr professionell und sehr angenehm.
