"Room that was booked was not available - I agreed to take another room had no toilet paper no towels after I had gotten ready to take a shower. Had to get redressed go back downstairs. Ask for towels, she brought me four hand towels and said that was all they had not even enough to take a shower with. I asked them to refund my account. They said they understand released funds should go back to my account. They were very polite about it. I was just very disappointed and very tired. Had to start the whole process over."

"The breakfast was not edible. Nor was the fish dinner i had the night i checked in. The furniture in my room was way outdated and severely worn. several electrical plugs would not even work. This property needs a complete remodel. I will definately not return."

"The staff at the desk was very nice and helpful. The appearance of the property was good. My room had a very strong bleach smell. I was in a handicap room (I’m not handicapped) and there was a seat in the shower stall that was moldy. I don’t know if the bleach smell was because they were trying to get rid of that mold or what. We left the room for a while because inhaling bleach is bad for your health. I did mention to the person at the desk that the room was strong with bleach and she apologized lol. Other than the bleach, everything was good."
