The room was clean. Didn’t have any hot water and the water pressure was super low. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast had two options and had no milk of cereal and the area is a very bad area the people that come in and out keep talking inappropriately and the parking is very sketchy recommend if you go to park upfront where all the lights are. But other than that, these day was decent.

Best beds ever!

The beds were the most smazing beds I've ever slept on! I had back surgery and i was so comfortable i didn't even have to take any medication! The staff was very polite, kind, snd professional! I would gladly stay there again!

This area is kinda dumpy, but maybe this is how all of Shreveport is?!! The hotel is comfortabe with fridges and coffee makers. The bedrooms are clean and updated. We did have a low water pressure issue in the showers (we rented 2 rooms) but all in all, it was a good experience.

My room smells terrible ... some sort of industrial perfume, I would guess. There is the smothered smell of cigarette smoke it's trying to hide. Gad, that is an overpowering smell. Reception who checked me in was wonderful!

The Quality Inn was clean modern and in good condition. The room was fine, very clean, the a/c was cold and the room had everything you needed for a nice stay. Some of the areas around the hotel were in very poor condition, and it seemed unsafe with homeless people wandering about. We stayed at the hotel 2 nights and enjoyed our stay.

We reserved and arrived at this property pretty late in the evening - after traveling all day, I was grateful to find anything and the booking process was very quick and easy. The check-in process was decent. Although the ad says there is wifi, I was unable to connect to their network at all - even after requesting a password.

We checked in and they required a $50 cash deposit and took my ID and kept it for the night. You receive it when you check out but it’s wild that they keep your ID. The staff was really friendly though! Room was kind of gross. The toilet lid did not fit on the back of the toilet? Like why?
