The only thing good about this hotel in my opinion was the distance to the airport. Front desk receptionist acted like it was an inconvenience to get off her cellphone and check me in. The room was a good size, outdated TV. No hot water and poor water pressure so I go back down stairs and mentioned it to front desk and was told "you have to kind of move the handle a little bit and not all the way to the red". Was given another room and same thing low water pressure and had to run the water for almost 8min to get some level of hot. If I wasn't tired and had a super early flight I would have went across the road to a different hotel.

Hotel was greatly misrepresented on Expedia. It was a high fenced parking lot, rooms were not carpeted, the TV was very blurry. Worst part was the elevator was broken, and no discount was offered. The whole building seemed to be under construction. The halls were very dirty and smelled like weed. Staff was great, checkout was easy and quick.

Front desk staff was very nice and that was as far as nice in that hotel went. We checked in right after our flight and just dropped our things in the room as we had to be somewhere. When we came back later that night front desk had forgotten they even put us in that room which was concerning and when we went to our room the keys wouldn't work so I had to go back down a have them reset. The room was musty and smelled of old cigarettes and mold. Not sure what was splattered all over the wall by the window and the curtains had something crusty splattered on them. The pillows were hard and something bit me on my hands and arm. Checked for bed bugs before I laid down didn’t see any so not sure what bit in the night. The shower just trickled and the handle to turn it on was broken so it was hard to find the right setting for warm water. When I went to use a wash cloth it smelled like old ash tray like it had been used to once wipe one out. I was in town extremely last min for a funeral and

The staff was kind and courteous but the building and things are all battered. Fridge thawed out and water was everywhere, smoke alarm beeped all day/night, chair in our room had burns and was dirty and the general maintenance of the building is very poor.

Conveniently located right across from Shreveport Regional Airport and just off I-20, this hotel is ideal if you need a quick, functional stay near the airport. The room was surprisingly spacious with a nearly full-size fridge, microwave, and hot plate—definite pluses. However, the property is much older than the pictures suggest. The TV was outdated, the bathroom fixtures were worn, and the overall condition of the building shows its age. It felt clean enough, but not upscale or even average by today’s standards. The area felt a bit sketchy after dark, though the parking lot was well lit. If you’re just passing through solo like I was, it gets the job done. For a family or longer stay, I’d probably look elsewhere. Overall: 2.5 out of 5 stars—functional, but set your expectations accordingly.

The property is not one I would recommend. The front desk attendant was professional and friendly. Check in was easy. On my way to the room, the hotel room doors had chips in the paint. Some doors did not have handles. Bedding was on the ground in the hallway. When I tried to open my door, it was stuck. I went down and asked the front desk attendant about it and she recommended I try harder to push it open. Someone managed to push it open for me. When I got into the room, one bed was not made at all, and the other was poorly made. It looked more dirty than inviting. The building smelled... I will say again that that the front desk attendant was wonderful. I'm glad to have my reservation refunded immediately.

The staff were very friendly. However, the room was covered in rust. The lamps, door handles, and sink faucet were rusted. Also, one of the pictures that was hung up appeared to have mold on it.

Check in and travel was easy No airport shuttle to airport even with rain Was in a nonsmoking room that was definitely smoked in and the smoke detector was covered in plastic bag. Several other guest at 2-3 AM yelling down the hall both night was there Breakfast the first day was empty due to outside person stealing the food. Interesting place to stay, wound likely not stay there again given the problems
